Extra Features encompass all the tiny additions that you have found or will run into after your site is up and running. Below you will find a comprehensive list of Helio extras to help you envision the whole picture before you get started.
Extra Storage- Included in your CMS is 2000 MB or 2 Gb of storage, which is a bit of space, however, if you need more it's only $10/ Month for each 1000 megabyte block (1 Gb)
Extra Email Storage- Each email account has 100 MB of storage and 50 email accounts are included with your hosting. You can buy an extra 100 megabyte block for $5, per Month, per email account.
SSL Certificate- An SSL certificate or digital certificate is primarily used in a store where you need to securely process a credit card transaction. This fee is paid to a third party (GeoTrust) to ensure privacy and security. Digital certificates need to be renewed by the customer each year and cost $75.00 annually.
Programming Time - Programming is quoted in advance and the fee for the work is flat rate. If we go beyond the scope of the work outlined we will NOT charge you anymore than what was agreed upon. Programming time is billed out at a rate of $60 / hour billed in 15 minute blocks. All programming work must be paid for in advance. If you change your mind and decide you want something different after the agreed upon work is paid and finished this is considered new work and will be quoted as such.

Currently in 2010, less than 1% of heliohosted customers incurred an overage. The less than 1% found if they cleaned up old data that was no longer needed the overage went away.
